***************************************** 9.09 a.m. - Perform the ceremony to worship the deities. 1.35 p.m. - The senior monks perform the candle lighting ceremony. - The fourfold monks from Wat Phra Kaew Chiang Rai chant the candle lighting mantra and the Buddha Abhiseka-Panayak mantra. - The senior monks sit and pray. 7.00 p.m. - The senior monks perform the candle extinguishing ceremony. - The senior monks sprinkle holy water. - The monks bless/pour water/receive blessings. ***Ceremony ends*** Note: - The ceremony is held internally. Outsiders are not allowed to join the ceremony. - All monks and staff members must wear masks. - Screening points are set up and temperatures are taken for staff members. - Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter while sitting or standing. - Other sacred objects are not allowed to join the ceremony to limit the number of people in the ceremony.
